1. Introduction

Welcome to the official international booking platform for MONA YongPyong Resort ("Platform").

This Platform is operated by Trazy Co., Ltd. ("Trazy") solely as the booking platform operator. All travel products, accommodations, lift passes, activities, transportation, and other services available through this Platform are provided, operated, and fulfilled by MONA YongPyong Resort and/or its authorized partners ("Service Providers").

By making a reservation through this Platform as an individual traveler ("User"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform or make any reservations.


2. Eligibility and User Information
  • This Platform is available to all users making reservations for individual, group, or commercial travel purposes. No user registration or account creation is required to use this Platform.
  • When making a reservation, the User must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date contact, billing, and guest information. Trazy shall not be liable for any booking failures, delivery issues, or communication breakdowns resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User.
  • Any personal information provided during the booking process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


3. Role of Trazy

Trazy provides the online reservation platform and booking management system. Trazy is responsible for:
  • Processing reservations;
  • Providing booking confirmations;
  • Facilitating customer support related to reservations;
  • Processing payments where applicable.

Trazy does not directly operate, manage, or provide the travel services, accommodations, or activities listed on this Platform.


4. Reservations and Confirmations
  • Reservation availability is subject to final confirmation by the Service Provider. A submission of a booking request does not guarantee immediate confirmation.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to reject or cancel a reservation even after confirmation due to unavoidable operational circumstances, overbooking, or force majeure. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the User.


5. Prices, Payments, and Exchange Rates

Reservation payments are processed in either KRW or USD, depending on the payment method selected by the User.

The applicable payment currency and final payment amount will be displayed on the booking page before payment is completed.

Prices, availability, promotions, and product details are subject to change without prior notice.

Trazy is not responsible for any discrepancies in the final amount caused by foreign exchange rate fluctuations, foreign transaction fees, or any banking charges imposed by the User's card issuer or bank.


6. Cancellations, Refunds, and No-Show Policy
  • Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on each product. The specific cancellation policy shown on each product description page at the time of booking will govern your reservation.
  • Time Zone Standard: All cancellation deadlines, modification cut-offs, and operation schedules are calculated strictly based on Korea Standard Time (KST, UTC+9).
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive at the designated time, date, or location without prior approved cancellation or notice shall be treated as a No-Show. In the event of a No-Show, no refunds, credits, or modifications will be permitted under any circumstances.


7. Service Operation and Limitation of Liability

  • MONA YongPyong Resort and its authorized partners are solely responsible for service delivery, operational schedules, facility operation, safety management, and service quality.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trazy's responsibility is limited strictly to operating the reservation platform. Trazy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, personal injuries, losses, or expenses arising from the operation, delivery, or failure of services provided by the Service Providers.
  • Trazy and the Service Providers shall not be liable for service interruptions, cancellations, or delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, operational safety decisions, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.


8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this Platform or reservations made herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  • Any legal actions, disputes, or controversies arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea (with the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance).


9. Changes to These Terms

Trazy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will become effective immediately upon being posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform or making a reservation after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
