Trazy Co., Ltd. ("Trazy," "we," "us," or "our") operates the official international booking platform for MONA YongPyong Resort ("Platform").

Trazy acts solely as the operator of this booking platform. All accommodations, lift passes, ski products, activities, transportation services, and other travel products offered through this Platform are provided, operated, and fulfilled by MONA YongPyong Resort and/or its authorized service providers ("Service Providers").

We are committed to protecting your personal information and handling it responsibly in accordance with applicable laws.

This Platform does not require user registration or account creation. We collect only the personal information reasonably necessary to process your reservation, facilitate payment, provide customer support, and deliver the requested services.

By using this Platform and making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

  • Payment Information: Payment method, billing details, and partial card/account details (Note: Full payment card processing is securely handled by our authorized third-party payment gateways; Trazy does not store your full credit card numbers).
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies and similar technologies to improve platform functionality, analyze usage, and enhance security.


3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected personal information strictly for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: Processing and confirming reservations, issuing vouchers, and managing booking modifications or cancellations.
  • Customer Support: Responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and sending important updates regarding your booking (e.g., weather-related cancellations).
  • Payment Processing: Facilitating transactions and processing refunds.

  • MONA YongPyong Resort and Authorized Partners ("Service Providers"): We provide necessary guest information (names, contact details, booking dates) to MONA YongPyong Resort and its designated operational partners solely for fulfilling your reservation, managing onsite safety, and verifying your identity at the resort.
  • Payment Gateways & Financial Institutions: To securely process payments, prevent fraud, and handle refunds.
  • Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or government regulation to protect the rights, property, or safety of Trazy, our users, or the public.


5. Retention and Destruction of Data

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable laws (such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce in the Republic of Korea).

  • Booking and Payment Records: Retained for five (5) years.
  • Customer Complaints or Dispute Resolution Records: Retained for three (3) years.
  • Technical Logs: Retained for three (3) months.
Once the retention period expires or the data is no longer necessary, it will be securely and permanently deleted or anonymized.


6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
